Well, a snac would be better for those. I would go 2 pulse guns, a pulse turret, 2 hull buster turrets, snac and tcd. Or you could mount 2 codenames and 3 pulses with the snac and tcd. that should be sufficient for multi role purposes if your good with a snac.

As for the price? not too sure, but I think the duel torpedo mounts has something to do with it. That sort of thing makes it particularly good for interdiction work. Its not that big of an issue to me. A couple of mill isn't really that much.

Problem with the SNAC is the power core issue. That's where the Recycler isn't quite suited to us. Junkers rarely fight things bigger than gunboats, yet we have ship rather ineffective for gunboats but somewhat more suited to larger ships.

The powercore is the major issue with the Recycler, if this was fixed, I'm sure you'd see a lot of happy Junkers.
