Tea and Crumpets : The Mandalore and the Spy

He had quirked an eyebrow at the Mandalore's question. "Got any old gunboats laying about?"

Well, of course he have gunboats. Plenty are lying in pieces across Leeds. He thought, finally taking a deep breath and sighing lightly, "We have plenty, and plenty of spare parts if you ever need them. These, bulky husks are nothing more then a death trap. Are you sure you want one or even three?" He asked, looking the Mandalore in the eyes.

William nodded, but didn't say anything. The spy looked to his right and brought his hand up to his chin, as if stroking a bread that was there, even though one wasn't. A few minutes passed by in awkward silence and he looked back at the Mandalore.

"Well. I'm sure the Director and Fleet Admiral will allow a couple of gunboats that are coming off the factory lines to be used for your mercenary group, seeing as how the Mandalorians have had a great track record with the Armed Forces, and Bretonia herself. In exchange for this information you have." He paused, picking up his tea cup and taking a sip of the now-warm tea. "Consider it a deal."

"Seeing as these gunboats haven't been part of the war effort due to their," He paused again, sighing a bit more heavily, "Large frame. Maybe their bulkiness will be put to good use else-where in Sirius space combating enemies of the crown on different fronts. I know the Mandalorians reputation precedes them in Rheinland space, you won't be using these gunboats there, will you?"

William shook his head, "It will stay in the border worlds, Bretonian space, and Coronado where our base is located."

"Hm, As I said earlier, it's all yours. We'll have a ship recommissioned for the Mandalorians purpose."
