' Wrote:Blood Dragon players and factions, as well as GC players and factions for quite some time have complained about the lack of activity in Kusari because the KNF, the main enemies of those two factions are in Bretonia. The Kusari story line was designed to develop activity between Kusari factions in Kusari. This is all done with the hope of bringing more activity and more life to Kusari.
The clear goal of the KNF on it's return to Kusari, is to deal with the Blood Dragons. This should bring a much needed boost in activity to the Blood Dragons, and a reason for them to spend time in Kusari.
(people, why discuss Kusari developement update in a Liberty thread?)
Well, it might... Though I think that Samura getting some good Gallic trade routes and gas mining (assuming it will be implemented) spots in Hokkaido and Honshu would do even more for Blood Dragon activity. :nyam:
All in all, a grim situation for your caracter (and faction) can also spell a fun situation for you as a player. So I can't really understand people whining about their factions taking the short end of the stick in RP. If it means activity round where your faction operates, grab it with both hands and don't let go of it.
@podgie bear: Well, as the current ]bd[ faction leader, I fully support individual RP amongs Blood Dragons... To an extent. Blood Dragons are a more diverse group as some people seem to think. Not all of them hate "Gaijins", not all of them support the same kind of tactics in dealing with Samura and KNF and not all of them share the same views about pirating - some do, some don't.
But they do, however, all fight in the name of Hideyoshi. And, to put it bluntly, when they're needed in Kusari the most, to head out of the house to fight an enemy that isn't directly threatening their interests and the people they wish to protect... Well, such a group would probably be better off with a different ID, cause their agenda would hardly be a Blood Dragon agenda anymore. Like the Ronin and KNF, for example. I can't see the Ronin operating with a normal KNF ID, can you?
