Well, maybe I/we need to be a bit less gung-ho towards the Hogosha. But at the same time, I don't think taunting us is going to help you much when we're pointing guns at you because we think you might be a danger to us.

Come in trying to exert your authority with a group that according to lore, quite possibly has more pull in the Kusari government than the Naval Forces, and yea, they wont show you respect.
