@Fellow Hoodlum; Which ones in particular? All of the enemies mentioned on the Outcast infocard and allies on the Corsair infocard are there. The Order is merely unfriendly due to the fact that it indirectly helps BLS business by cleaning out Nomad space, which is a vital corridor for quick travel from Malta to Manhattan.
@Drake; That's why escorts are in the organization. Also, the BLS may occasionally ask friendly Outcast "pawn" factions to be middlemen for cardamine in return for, say, half of the profits and an escort. Sort of like modern Columbian drug lords having people act as mules. In the case of Rogues/[N], it would be quite literal if they were using Mules.
@Dab; Thanks for that. I'm now going to PM the leaders to propose an alliance. Due to the fact that the 101st is allied with them and that the goals are ostensibly the same (destruction of the major houses), I may even ask Kane for friendlier relations between BLS and Phantoms. Wouldn't count on it though:P.

Yes, Omicron Alpha would be jointly shared with other Outcast factions.
