It looks like he has just seen *Blanked out for the Safety of the Children* for the first time.
Damn, I remember when I first saw *Blanked out for the Safety of the Children*, I couldn't look at any type of drinking vessel for a week. Atleast, not in the saw innocently light as before watching *Blanked out for the Safety of the Children*
But I'm guessing its Star Trek, which instantly makes it hilarious.
