Ok, I am going to ask that only the faction leaders directly involved post here. I know there are many other people involved, but if everyone posts in here, it is going to become a useless thread. If you have a comment you feel appropriate, please pass it to your faction leader.

P.S. This does not involve the Angels. This is not a thread Angels should be posting in.

So, people who should be posting here include:
Zoner faction leaders
Admins
Other faction leaders involved (SCRA, RRA, others who have direct involvement in the issue, not just interactions with the ORI)
Members of the ORI (as it is their ships being jailed.)
Please limit posting to those people.
