Today was a bit disappointing day as it goes for the 'action part'. Navie Boyz seems to be scared of us.
Firstly, FA Tharog figured we should send some Hell FM transmission in New York.
That was definitely new experience for me, but in the end I think it went well.
Though we hadn't got much audience. Really odd as it goes for 'usual NY'.
After successful transmission order came to get some rest before longer patrol.
We all know that time on such 'breaks' passes madly quick. This time was no exception.
I buckled up my beloved Sabre, and we met again in New York.
As I said, we had to wait a while for any activity around. I did couple runs to check the perimeter.
Suddenly strange transmission was picked up by FA Tharog.
[DoM]Mengsk-GBseemd sending neutral signal, short after we realised it is opposite.
How it was discovered? Pretty simple, rule that you will know man, by his words will describe it in best way. Ervyn had great timing also in this case. He came up just seconds before order of purification came to inter comms.
Thanks to nice team play, unit was destroyed. Tried to engage self destruct command, it was too late though.
Gun cam shows its destruction.
What is important to note, some Nomads were 'watching' all those actions.
Jut for the future intel, their IDs Nomad units in NY.
Shortly after that we encountered another Freelancers. Wasnt surprised, also showed hostile attitude. [RSA] Waran and Fighter.
They showed some nice fighting and cooperation skills, for further encounters, BE ADVISED.
Happily I was winged with Mr Kapell, so the bomber was targeted.
After he was baked, I asked Officer in charge for opportunity of duel with the one who left on battlefield.
Permission was granted.
Ship of the opponent was very agile, though I had more fire-power on my side.
Add to it some technique and here what comes out.
As no other serious threats were in sight, and time of training simulation was coming, FA Tharog called it a day.
That was a good patrol, indeed. Definitely successful.
Thank you for cooperation Brothers in Arms. It is always an honour to fly side by side.
