Here's the situation.

A guy tried to pirate you, you refused to comply and he killed you.

When you returned to the system you told him he was not allowed to pirate you because he had already killed you.

This is incorrect. He may pirate you as many times as he likes.

Do not use the rules to get out of piracy.
