Stops on your patrol/trade route: New York--> Colorado --> New York --> Texas --> California Brief report/outline of your patrol:Recruit Officer Vladimir Law stumbled into the local LPI station on this unknown Californian station. Recruit Officer Vladimir's face was bloodied, with dirt all over his uniform. A fellow LPI officer helped him up and sat him down on a chair, gave Vladimir a donut and some coffee. They talked about his experiences for a while. Afterwards, Prince Vladimir knew that the time was to write a report about it, and he asked for a sheet of paper, when he started writing a report on what had occurred to file and send to One Police Plaza on Manhattan.

Liberty Police Incorporated Report: 17/03/818 A.S.
My patrol began at Fort Bush in the New York system after lunch, between my work at Fort Bush teaching Interstellar Law. I piloted the Liberator and started to patrol, checking pilot's cargo and making sure everything was legal. A known criminal in Liberty, Jane Strawberry, entered my patrol radius and I ordered her to hold [1] (Evidence attached in chronological order). She complied and I scanned her cargo, finding some Cardamine, a Civilian Pilot and more than a dozen captive Liberty Police [2] . I immediately ordered her to empty her cargo. She did, with due diligence and a friendly attitude, so because she was so co-operative I let her off without a fine [3]. Unknown to me at that time that she was wanted in Liberty, the Liberty Navy asked if she was causing trouble, for which I said she was really nice and surrendered her contraband: which surprised the Navy and I was able to continue my patrol. Not long after, I returned to Fort Bush to have some coffee.
A few hours later, I set out on patrol once more in my Liberator. I re-armed my Train Cruise Disruptors and other such equipment. After patrolling for a few minutes checking for contraband and any breaches of Liberty Law, I flew to Manhattan, and from there southwards. Going south, I encountered a Liberty Rogue, StrikersVengeance [4]. I scanned his hold to find captured Liberty Navy and Police forces, and on requesting to drop it he initially fled the law [5] and then engaged an attack on myself, and two supporting Liberty Navy ships that were in my group at that time [6]. Battle then ensued for many minutes between myself mainly, and then later the LNS opening fire, which in a united front destroyed his vessel [7], [8], [9].
Afterwards, I continued to patrol New York but then turned by gaze to Colorado, where I got information that there was some criminal activity. It turned out it was quiet besides a few miners, so I then headed for Texas to uphold the Blockade on military hardware into Rheinland. There, I used the Battleship Mississippi [10] as my base of operations in policing the sector. Most of the shipping that had come in, after investigation and observation, sold their military hardware at Planet Houston. However, there was one incident in particular where a trader fled my calls to halt the vessel [11], requiring me to go in pursuit of the suspect Zata. On catching him at the Hudson jumpgate, I threatened use of force by using disabilitators against his shields. He immediately complied, and I found he was attempting to smuggle Superconductors into Rheinland space [12], as contrary to the Blockade. He said he honestly did not know of the embargo. However, I escorted him back to Houston to sell his arms and because I saw he didn't know about it fully I didn't fine him [13].
After that, some Deep Space Engineering pilots who were mining in Texas were flying around Houston when I spotted one hauling a small amount of Cardamine. I immediately told him to jettison the cargo, and it was destroyed. I ordered him to pay a fine of 200 000 credits [14], which was then immediately sent to LPI-Leavensworth for processing, as LPI-Rikers did not work. After spending a while patrolling in Texas, enforcing the Embargo whilst also fighting any criminals, I escorted a merchant vessel carrying Superconductors into California jump hole, and then into California.
On entrance to California, the merchant left me and I received a Mayday call from a Navy IFF/ID pilot. He was requesting my assistance as there was a Outcast in the area. As the only Law Enforcement within Liberty Space at that time, I came to his assistance immediately. I then sighted the Outcast Sabre-class vessel attacking the civilian, and I warned him many times and then started to open fire. The battle raged for about 10 minutes, for which my vessel was destroyed and I escaped in my life-pod to this station, where I was treated and made conscious (Respawn). I filed a full report in the Liberty Criminal Registry which you can find here: http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?sh...p;#entry1352309
As such I am at this moment in time recovering from my injuries, but should be able to get back to the beat as I hear there is a spare LPI Liberator in this station's hangers.
As Vladimir Law sent the message to One Police Plaza, he couldn't think of anything else but a nice warm shower and some sleep. Getting up from the chair and thanking the officers who aided him, he went back to his quarters for some well-earnt rest.
