There were 3 of them, and there still are. Just because I cbf to write about it through RP means and get the player punished for it (maybe he doesnt even know what the heck the bd are), doesnt mean they magically disappeared.

And you missed my point entirely. What I was trying to show with that example is that gameplay shouldnt be more limited because there are certain individuals that do stupid things (out of sheer boredom or just because they dont know).

The Togos that were doing said things could have simply been punished individually (or as a group for that matter), but just because it was easier, the decisions was made to limit the gameplay for everyone else as well.

So I guess if something is ooRP, everything should be? I disagree, especially about things that can actually be kept inRP.

"Everything" -could- be kept inRP, but it is not. If someone wants to fly a Togo, let them. He shouldnt be limited just because some person thought to himself one day "Hmmm, there shouldnt be more than 3 Togos around because I think that would be inRP".
