The bhg may get involved. it depends on Gallia's actions. 'lawful' is kinda multi interpretable here.

The GRN may be lawful in its own eyes, but when they barge into Sirius going:
They seem mightly unlawful to Sirius based factions. So yeah, we'll have to see what happens.
