*Transmission subject: Military Material License* Good afternoon, ladies and gents. I hear tell that one is required to have in their possession a certain "license," if you will, in order to legally transport certain goods within Bretonia. As such, I figured I would request to pay for such a thing.
My name is David Harris. I am a shipper for Interspace Commerce who pilots a transport under the callsign of "Aqua.Snake". There really isn't much to know about me, other than that I'm an Interspace employee looking to make a fair amount of money in the most legal of ways possible.
The main goods that I shall be shipping into Bretonia shall be Military Vehicles brought in from Munich of Rheinland, and Plutonium brought in from Okinawa (Yeah, you heard me right). The Vehicles shall be placed upon Planet Leeds, and the Plutonium delivered to Planet Cambridge.
