There are still Bunters who roams unregistered and shoots every single criminal.

Also something they can get lanced by the sanction-man for. Cant kill without the claim.

And Jaydee....its not Sad, I think of it as.....equal opportunity.

To avoid such snafus, I only fire at someone who is firing at me or a known bad guy or overtly breaking the law. I don't hunt individuals.
