1.2 Server administrators will impose sanctions on players for violating server rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.

This covers loan agreements made before Mar 20 2011, 10:04 PM, which includes a loan you took and didn't repay.

So I jailed all of your ships, removed everything from all of them, guns, credits, shields, armour, the lot.
