Sehr geehrte Frau Hoffman,
unfortunately the mining rights for Omega-7 are already distributed.
I'm failing to see, why the Rheinwehr wants to have influence in this business.
Mit freundlichen GrueÃen

I'm sorry, sir, but it does not alter any mining rights in Omega 7. It is not a mining facility, after all.
As we already mentioned, it's primary function is to serve as an outpost and a defense installation in the area - and it is, currently, the only one there. Elbich and Briesen mining facilities totally lack any sort of effective defense.
We also believe that it is the lack of defense installations that prevents Daumann from using Omega 11 fields to it's full potential, and, looking at newly constructed Hessian battleships, we do not wish the same fate for Omega 7.
Storage, unlike the name implies, is a secondary function, that can be, and therefore, will be added to the station. All Rheinland corporations will be able to dock with it. If everything goes well, in the result station will be able to support itself - I guess you know the current state of our Vaterland's economy. Bundestag does not have free resources, especially with such a resource-hungry facility as Krupp Munitions. That's why we have to refer to such unconventional means in Outpost construction.
In short, the construction of that outpost will, definitely, strengthen Rheinland's economy and Rheinland's presence in the area. That is exactly what our country needs.
