Attention Bretonia people, I am here to inform you, that the Queen Carina's Academy have opened its gates once again. Everyone of you, that finds himself brave, honorable, skillful and most of all, disciplined, is allowed to sign in the Academy and serve his country.
The Academy is located at Winchester Station in Salisbury system, well protected from battleship Harlow. The classes will be held by Cdre.Firmus.Piett, combat trainer and Cdre.Finlay.O'Dukes, diplomacy trainer.
If you are interested, here are the necessary requirements:
-All new pilots are granted the rank of Cadet.

The classes contain:
- Fighter trainings
- Knowledge about the Laws
- Knowledge about Diplomacy
- Information about Bretonian Contracts and Treaties
- Information about restrcited goods, illegal and legal, and cargo in general
- Basical knowledge about Bretonia systems, geography.
The Queen Carina's Academy reason to exist, is to provide both Bretonia Police Authority and Bretonia Armed Forces, with skillful and informed pilots, ready to climb in one of both separated professions - Police officer or Military officer.
The Cadets of QCA, are not allowed to leave Salisbury under any circumstances until their training period is over, which is less than a week. Once a cadet have passed his tests, he would be ready to join BAF, as ensign after filled the requirments at the recruiting bureau, or BPA as first rank police officer.
Graduated Cadets will receive their first medal, the Silver Star.
The most high graded cadets, will have the possibility to prove themself on more difficult tests and join the ranks of the armed forces as Lieutenants, with the permission from the admiralty board.
