Members of the Bundschuh Partei, greetings. Now that trade relations have been established between our two groups, I felt it was prudent we establish a secure one-to-one channel where the units of cargo which have been delivered can be documented.

All Volgograd Industrial pilots will submit the following upon reporting a successful delivery:

• An image of their ship in the beginning half of the journey, showing the cargo and the time at this point.
  
• Proof that cargo has reached the destination, with the time at this point.
  
• Proof that cargo has been sold at the destination, with the time at this point.
  
• An image of their ship outside of the destination, showing the cargo having been unloaded and the time at this point.
  

Any other proof can be requested and will be provided with every delivery from that point on. VI requests the same level of proof from Bundschuh ships bringing supplies to Coalition space.

Volgograd Industrial will purchase the following supplies from the Bundschuh Partei at these prices. These prices can be changed at any time, but of course you will be informed in advance.

VI has yet to place a limit on the number of units which can be transported.
