Pirate train vs Battle transports

Pirate transport is for pirating and smuggling, but train is only for smuggling.
Also, what is the name of that armoured transport? Or you mean Battletransport (Bison, Shire, Akegata?).

By the way - House corporations are more rich than pirate organisations, thus they are using better technologies.
