Attention Cadets of the Queen Carina's Academy.
The following member passed all combat training programs with me, and diplomacy lections with commodore O'Dukes sucessfully .
Cadet Wiliams, you are herby given the honour to carry your first medal, the Silver Star and this badge. You have shown the skills and knowledge, necessary to step forward in the ranks of the Bretonia Armed Forces.
From this day, you are clear to proceed to the Recruiting Center, where you can send your documents and sign in the Royal Navy.

Here I give you the necessary technology, which you must have in your new Templars:

- Scanner: Advanced Cargo Scanner
