Greetings from the [collectors] to the officers of Her Majesty's Royal Navy and Government,

It has recently come to our attention that an individual nominally associated with the [collectors], "doolittle" has been spotted in connection with slaving and other unlawful activities. It has further come to our attention that this individual was brought to justice earlier in the day by the valiant actions of the BAF Warship the HMS-Archer, while engaged in criminal activity in the Leeds system.

Given the disparate nature of junker society, and the loose-knit nature of the [collectors] as a group, our knowledge of such activities has been limited at best. However, after reviewing the limited communication records of the incidents available to us, we have decided that it is time for us to disavow the actions of doolittle in the strongest possible terms, and take steps to normalize relations with the Bretonian government and authorities. We [collectors] are relatively honest traders and businessmen, not pirates, murderers, and thugs.

To this end, we are willing to demonstrate our good faith and good will towards the Bretonian people by awarding the HMS-Archer's crew and captain a bonus of 15 million Sirian credits for their sterling work in interdicting criminal activity, and ensuring the safety of lawful citizens and commerce in Bretonian space. Additionally, we wish to announce that we are willing to provide free passage to refugees stranded on the Planet Leeds to destinations of the Bretonian Government's choice. We know of established refugee centers on New London, Pittsburgh, Eirie, and Frankfurt, and are willing to see Bretonia's war-stranded citizens and families safely to their destinations.

As an additional measure of good faith, and as a gesture of defiance towards our mutual enemies, the Kusari, the [collectors] will establish a refugee relocation fund of 50 million Sirian credits to be paid to OSC or other independent shipping agents of the Bretonian Government's choice in order to assist in the safe relocation and resettlement of Bretonia's citizens.
