You used a loophole as a basis for subsequent action. Any actions thus taken must surely be undone. You may however stand by your perfectly reasonable, benevolent, even handed, and thoroughly peaceful resolutions - as countries and politicians often do. But in such a case I really wouldn't be surprised if you were to face further and more stringent consequence.

Admins had no choice here. I am surprised it took this long actually - if they'd allow the small "miscellaneous" "bully law" that's meant to be used for speeding, talking back, and other small things with small fines for massive consequences like circumventing PoB laws it would change the status quo in all houses or force all laws to be rewritten to not have these.
There's nothing staff can do if Darius and Couden decide to now siege the bases on other IDs and BAF "forgets" to defend them, however. The siege system is set up that way sadly - in terms of Bret Gov feedback, I sincerely hope it won't come to that - you do want people to keep playing Bretonia, the few that still do, I hope.
BretGov doesn't endorse any siege attempt and I can assure people we'll defend in case of one. I am not going back to siege the bases myself, but I am not everyone. If others want to try and siege, then they can try. Playing the game shouldn't be forbidden.
Couden can do whatever the hell he wants.
His actions are neither encouraged nor endorsed by BretGov. He is free to play the game as he sees fit within rules. Thanks.
BretGov sees no interest in joining Coudens adventure

Owners of these now restored bases did their best to alienate a lot of people from the BAF| and other factions. I'm afraid that these bases are going down regardless as there won't be any good will left to properly defend them. You should've stayed civil until this matter was resolved by the admins.
There's a little that can be done to save PoBs against well motivated siegers in the current siege system.
I'm keeping clear of touching these bases. As either defender or attacker.
The law may or may not have been questionable, but two weeks time should have been enough to compose some sort of reply, feed the bases supplies to the brim and let BretGov know. Even something among the lines of "hey, check it out, they're stocked and repairing" would've been sufficient.
But seems like playing victim and let the bases be destroyed to constantly whine for three months to have the staff take action.
Whoever's behind these bases - don't be surprised by the amount of motivated siegers you'll have up your arse shortly, and the amount of lenient sieging time they're given.
Peace, being the distant dream it is, comes inevitably, and goes hand in hand with justice.
Cursed be the war.

The law was not consistent with literally how every other House in the game is required to maintain them. There's really no question of this potentially not being the case, this was always a wilful circumvention of an established norm. Anything beyond that fact is irrelevant.
What Bretonia should have done but did not do is make a law change request and then gone about this per procedure.
