And yes, there was no code hacking on the other side, but since that was the only way in or out of the system the Navy must have simply neglected to put a lock on that side because they never thought someone would even get in in the first place.
Everyother system has multiple jump holes make a hole for smugglers and then the navy can really have a reasion to complain since they want there locked gate. They can protect Nothing
I have seen nobody get sanctioned for smuggeling through alaska and it is still the safest route for artifact smugglers.
The sad part is its not even my main route its my alternate route.

4.I'm not sure I understand that statement. I am commenting on this thread. If it is open to Order and LN members only, maybe that should have been made clear at the begining. Aside from that, I am struggling to see any comments on anyones RP except perhaps smugglers in there (being 'doughnuts').
And lastly, I think you have misunderstood the post. Let me re-iterate. It is NOT the best route with artifacts into New York. It's not even the fastest assuming a smooth run. It is NOT acceptable RP and perpetraters should be terminated with extreme prejudice. As has been explained earlier, The Liberty forces do have KoS authority apparantly in Alaska.
Interlopers are easily intercepted with one entrance and one exit (just about). Intercept them. Thats what I meant by 'Target practice'.
Lets just not have more rules and limitations.

I do believe I suggested Alaska be closed except for special RP occasions (like a Nomad invasion etc).
I will also point out that their are far better ways into Liberty than using Alaska. Most are a lot less dangerous as well and can be a whole lot more fun. I suggest you have a go at finding them with less sensitive cargos. That in itself can be very 'entertaining' considering which sectors you will have to traverse.
