Ash; finished reading the news reports; looks around to see some Navy officers sitting at a table behind him, then looks back at the news tablet and recognises the face of that would be captain girl. Seems quite convenient that he happened to notice this as she lifted her new flare out of the suitcase in front of her. Funny, she didn't really look like the kind of gal to be fightin off Nomads and pirates, but this only passed through his mind for a moment til he redirected his attention to the bar.
He looked to his left to see a guy chompin down on some kinda burger, and he realised that he hadn't eaten since he left Freeport 2.
"Hey can I get one of those"
He asks the bartender
"A What?"
He replies
"Whatever that guys got"
"Sure.......hey Lennie! Can i get another order of that over here!?
Ash turns his eye to a guy down the bar. Seems like he was hasslin the bartender. He felt a rise in excitement build up inside him as he hadn't been in a brwal in a very long time and it was about time one turned up; and on Manhatten of all places.
Ash didn't move an inch off his stool but raised his awareness of any outbreak that may happen so that he could be amongst the first to jump in.
As the seconds go by DR relized that someone seemed to be looking on to him, and he was prepared. how many are here? two guards, the guy beside me, the barkeep, everyone else looks like rubish.
i should wait for the right time.
looks at the guy beside him
"hello, please stand down, no need for clenching fists. At least not for now"
Ash thought for a moment weather it would be worth it, starting this brawl. It's good to get into a group fight because you never get penalised for it, where as when it's one on one you two of you'l be windin up in slammer for the night.
"Do you mind, i'm tryin to eat my burger here"
But still if this guy made a move he'd sure as hell wouldn't sit there
Axel looked up at the barel, not flinching in the least.
"It is somewhat impolite to point a weapon at someone. Even more so when you don't even look in the eyes of said person."
"No one taught you some manners?"
He still held his virtually omni present bottle of vodka in his hand, but he certainly didn't looked drunk despite his outrageously daring attitude.
