I'm not a fan of this process myself, but I do like that it gives a taste of what it means to "be careful what you wish for" One thing that many people don't seem to take into account is that they will always get grief from players no matter what they do.

For example, some people like to whine, bitch & complain that the staff choosing process needs to be transparent. Well, here is transparency. yay. Now, they just get grief from people on the other side & from those that don't like how they got what they thought they wanted because it didn't fit the mold of how they wanted it.

Admins know and have always known this is simply the nature of the beast and agree to deal with all the crap from all sides simply for the love of the game

::edit-by the way...if chosen, I will institute a number of ironclad, non-negotiable decrees, such as

Burgdecree #23- "Only Marburg may overuse the ellipsis on server & forums...violators will be subject to a ban and/or fine of his choosing"::
