Yesterday, 821-01-23, reports of unknown subjects within Kusari space forced us to head out on a reconnaissance mission identifying them. After locking down the Kyushu system completely, they were found heading for Tau-23 and identified as =LSF= ships, violating Kusari sovereign territory. With them fleeing further into the Tau region, initially no pursuit was given. From what the reports tell, a group under Admiral Sakamoto-sama later entered there to stop another hostile force.
Before that, my wing had returned to Shikoku to make sure the new embargo is enforced and uninformed traders are told about it. About after arriving there, the joint network broke down on my side, so I was no longer receiving communications from High Command. This is also why I am explicitly giving this report about our activities.
Stationed at Deshima and watching the traffic, it turned out that none of the traders encountered was hauling embargoed goods into Liberty. It is more likely they are using the smuggling routes for this.
There was however a trader, call-sign Tax__Collector, smuggling Marines, if you can call that smuggling, who was, even after explaining everything to him long and clearly, not able to understand and had to be destroyed for the dishonorable behavior he showed as well. The Marines were collected by a friendly Hogosha businessman, and brought to safety. Interesting to mention is the appearance of the Liberty ship LNS-Santisima.Trinidad, who initially tried to destroy the live cargo, and tractored some of the Marines as well. Luckily, he was able to reason and communicate, so the situation turned out a lot more productive than any encounter with =LSF= filth. If there were more people like the good captain of that ship in Liberty, it would not be the cesspool it is.
Among the non critical encounters was an Order pilot named Conlin, who retreated quickly back into the independent worlds where he came from. There was also a Freelancer person, call-sign LN-Spud, with a likely broken transmitter, trying to establish diplomatic communications, but failed to do so due her faulty equipment. This one was accompanied by someone calling himself Stoney, who was trying to give us some insight into Libertonian religions.
Other than that, there was little of note, as the joint network was reestablished eventually as well.
Using this occasion, I have to request shore leave for the weekend, as I have important private matters to attend to. I am transferring command over the wing to Lieutenant Commander Taiyouji san, who without a doubt will be able to help enforcing the embargo in my place.
Yesterday's patrol was a long one. As I launched form Planet New Tokyo, I came across Cutter's.Flying.Bar, a new mobile bar operating in Kusari territory. It had a interesting selection of drinks, and I considered ordering some for my family.

In the same area was a Kusari police officer Makuzushi.Sushi, which I linked up with so that we could coordinate on surveillance and enforcement of the current Kusari Embargo on Liberty.
A few minutes later, a transport working for the GMG appeared in New Tokyo, and was heading to Shikoku. The pilot DrSpud was carrying hellium-3 and seemed unaware of the export restrictions to Liberty. We informed the pilot that he was not allowed to proceed, and he obeyed, docking on Roppongi Station.

Seems that GMG affiliated companies have not yet spread the new information to their employees.
After this occurrence I was joined by Nitto Kaii Ujisato.Gamo, and we done simultaneous patrols with the KSP officer on the Shikoku and Hokkaido/Rishiri systems.
Patrol at Deshima:
No smugglers were reported on this period. However, some thing worth mentioning occurred, namely the passage of a Bowex affiliated transport in Shikoku ( Image1 Image2 ), basic hellium transports inbound from Liberty, and Kruger and GMS traffic in Rishiri.
Later, the KSP officer ended his patrol, and Santo Kaisha Jiro Taiyouji joined us.
Seems Taiyouji-san had an interest in Gamo-san current status in the wing roster, and invited him (or coerced him) to come under it's command. I suppose a request for such effect will be made by one of them soon enough.
A new pilot, Sado-san, piloting a naval bomber callsign [KNF]Hanabi joined us as well, and the patrol regrouped in New Tokyo. Seems Sado-san is filling in for a Nakamura, who we had a patrol with recently.
Heading to Honshu, we spotted a transport Nitta.Maru carrying base materials to GMG space without proper registration. The vessel was stopped at Planet Honshu, were Taiyouji-san handled the situation.

At the same time, a Hogosha pilot [|]Ishikura.Hideki informed us of lane hacker presence in Shikoku. I moved alone to the system while the others handled the previous transport, but did not met the suspect. Sado-san and Taiyouji-san arrived on Shikoku soon after, and coordinating with the Hogosha, intercepted and destroyed the suspect.
We returned once again to New Tokyo, and while Taiyouji-san was fining a DSE ship, a zoner transport carrying slaves came from Shikoku and resisted attempts to stop. A very long pursuit was made before we decided it was better to keep an eye on the paths to Honshu, were this cargo usually goes after. Me and Sado-san stood watch for a moment before the suspect decided to change course to Kyushu. We decided to not pursue further.
Meanwhile, Taiyouji-san headed back to Shikoku, where the previous Hogosha informed us that a large concentration of criminal vessels was detected. He was joined by Nitto Kaisa Junko Sanada, and proceeded to engage the criminals with the assistance of the Hogosha vessel.
With Sado-san in the Hanabi, I returned to Shikoku and headed to the area of the confrontation, a few kilometers from Fuchu Prison. Over there was a concentration of Xenos and Junker criminals. Sanada-san told us that assistance was not required, and the three pilots in combat gradually defeated the criminals without loses on our part.
After the fight, we received several report of ship being attacked on that same system by an Outcast "Tridente" Gunship. Our patrol encountered Taxifu near Planet Seto, and after he refused our orders for surrender, was promptly executed for active piracy.
Sanada and Taiyouji went patrolling in Kyushu while me and Sado-san stayed in Shikoku to resume embargo control. Two vessels, one freelance and one GMG affiliated vessel appeared with a hellium-3 shipment outbound for Liberty. They were stopped at Junyo, ordered to go back they way they came, and fined 100.000 credits each for ignoring the current legislation regarding hellium-3 transportation. The pilots names were Jaiden_Kelrian and Zaine_Karos. Sado-san escorted them back to New Tokyo.
We continued with the cargo checks in Deshima with the support of Taiyouji-san.
We were deciding to end the patrol there when came 3 different vessels with various irregular cases, which I'll describe now separately.
First case was a "Shire" bretonian transport affiliated with Borderworld Exports, called Mammut. Possibly the same transport we had seen earlier. Jiro Taiyouji handled that case, and the bretonian was fined 2 million for traveling in Kusari space unauthorized, after some delays and resistance.
The second one was Selrac, a Universal affiliated pilot in a BW trasnport carrying a shipment of Artifacts from New Tokyo. He was informed of the legal restrictions of artifact transportation and instructed to surrender the cargo and pay a 1 million credit fine, increased to 1.5 million for being a Liberty registered vessel. Having difficulties with funding, he was allowed to Dock on Deshima to dispose the cargo to the authorities and part with some of his assets so that he could pay the fine. This case was handled by me.
Final pilot was James_Wright, freelancer working for the bounty hunters in Deshima, who was found carrying a moderate quantity of h-fuel in his fighter. This case was handled by Sado-san.
According to the records, a GMG affiliated ship also appeared in this occasion, but I was not aware of what happened then.
Today's patrol was exciting as my first day serving the KNF. We started with a training and after the training was done we received a distress call from a trader in Shikoku System that a Zoner Battleship entered Kusari space.
The patrol moved quickly to intercept them but as soon as we got there they had left Kusari Space. Moments after [Fedner]-Hayd, the Zoner, contacted me to request permission to enter Kusari, I forbid him and told him we'll open fire soon. As he was persistent to enter Kusari I've decided to contact High Command and few moments after [KNF]Ishigawa came. We set up a meeting point in the Kepler System at the Shikoku Jumpgate. Zoners showed up with 1 Carrier and 1 Cruiser, they were still not allowed in Kusari space and after long negotiations they've decided to leave to their on base with a warning message not to go near Ames Station.
After that the patrol stayed at Kepler gate in case the Zoners came to changing mind, but in meantime a Pirate Marv88 came near Dashima Station. We asked him to stop for questioning but he refused and we started a chase. Moments after he took refuge in the Golden Casino.
After some time waiting we got reports that an LNS fighter is nearing Kusari Space, he was at Tau-29. The patrol went to Kyushu and after some scouting the LNS entered Kusari Space. I intercepted him and told him to go back the way he came and escorted him to Freeport 6, Tau-29, where he docked.
This report is rather lengthy and takes place over the span of a week. During both of the following cases, I was communications officer for the KDS-Akisame, a destroyer. The first case in regards to a GMG affiliate transport who was transporting H-3 to through the border, he appeared to be completely unaware of the embargo, though he relented and turned back. The next infraction was an IND transport who was trafficking a large quantity of various black market ordinance through the border, he insisted that we'll need the guns in some kind of imaginary war, I fined him and destroyed the cargo. My next encounter was with three Xeno pirates assaulting traders on the Shikoku gate lane in Kepler, two were destroyed, the other fled. On another note, however, the captain of the Zoner carrier 'Hayt' made a curious statement, perhaps even a threat on the Kusari people which I will show in the audio transcripts below.

Well this will be two reports in one.
Yesterday i was out on patrol with Bei nothing special happened just normal traders coming and going...We were patroling Shikoko and New Tokiyo when we were joined by one of our CO's.We went on a short patrol in honshu where we went for Training with him.
I must say the training was interesting indeed and we did learn a few new things..The CO of course smoked us when we did some 1vs1 but we did take some of the mistakes to heart and will improve onwards.
After training we were contacted with a report that a destroyer was in Shikoko.Bei had contact with them and we moved there in due speed.Not long after we arrived Bei contacted HC for assistence.Not long we were joined by Rear-Admiral Ishikawa.What was reported as a Zoner destroyer turned out to be a Zoner Carrier and a Zoner Cruiser.Both wanted to enter Kusari to do "misions" and they were denied entrence of course by the Admiral.
I had to leave earlier was running a bit low on H-fuel.
This morning was empty nothing happened....Patrols over the entire Kusari space and found just civi's.Hope it stays this safe for our people

Yesterday once again Me and Bei-san were on patrol and on our way to Kyushu a Mining ship past us almost destroying Bei-san's ship in a collision.While Bei-san went for repairs this mining ship Opened fire on me for no reason almost damaging my ship.I requested he halt fire and he did.But then he started running after a while he clearly saw there is no escape and stopped.After he had a system failure he paid his fine that came his way.
After that Bei-san and I split up.Rest of the patrol was quiet,while starting to run low on H-fuel I made a final civilian escort(Liberty trading Neon) where he donated 1m to KNF as a show of good faith.
Konabnwa. There have been several patrols since my last report, so I'll keep them brief here.
On the 28th of this month I did small patrol on New Tokyo with one of the new ranks, Nitto Kaii Hido Teiso. The only mentionable thing was an ALG vessel carrying h-fuel. We inquired about it's destination and it informed us the the vessel was going to Planet Kyushu. We followed the ship to confirm the story, which turned out to be true. The patrol went for a few moments longer before Teiso-san ended his flight.
Later on, I received a call from Nitto Kaii Katsumi Takeda regarding Xenos pirating in Kepler. I headed there in my bomber based on her information.
When I arrived, I found Takeda-sanwith the Xenos a few KM from the Shikoku gate, loitering in the middle of the tradelane. The Vessels were called AnnMolly , Anaconda and Evangelion - 2 fighters and one transport. Ships were a "Prosecutor" model VHF, a "Eagle" VHF and a Pirate Train.
Evidence of piracy attempts was evident, and several warnings to leave the area were issued. [KNF]Jaaku-na appeared to provide assistance as well.
Just as the time granted for them to leave the area was about to expire, the pilot AnnMolly obeyed the order and headed in direction of Ames, while the other two kept doing small talk and delaying.
Seeing that they would not obey promptly, Takeda-san requested and received authorization to attack the ships. We proceeded to strike the pirate transport Evangellion, which was destroyed nearer to Ames station.

After the destruction of the pirate transport, Takeda-san engaged the second fighter Anaconda, while me and Jaaku-na kept an eye on the AnnMolly, who had retreated to the Ames Research Station "no firing zone" on time.
A zoner ship appeared, one that had appeared sometimes before when our patrols went to the Station. This [Fedaykin]-Hayt seemed annoyed with our presence, and blamed us on some incident that a supposed blood dragon caused on Ames. I requested that the information related to the case be transmitted to the Navy for investigation, but it seems up until now no such data has been received.
After a few more moments of listening to the zoner concerns, and the remaining xeno testing our patience, we returned to Shikoku and concluded our mission on the Myoko.

On the 30th, a squadron was deployed in response to a possible Outcast large vessel heading to Kyushu trough New Tokyo.
I deployed on my bomber again and coordinated with the others to control all the passages in New Tokyo.
However after a while one of our ships detected an Artificial Intelligence Core Vessel Cruiser drifting between Shinjuku Station and Planet New Tokyo. AI vessel had a callsign Sigh. KNF members present included Katsumi Takeda, Taisuke Bei, and bombers Shingen and Jaaku-na.
Most of the squadron converged on the location and orders for the AI to stop were issued and ignored. It was decided that the vessel had to be destroyed, and we started the engagement.
The AI guns were dangerous, and it took the efforts of the squadron and some help of the [KNF]KDS-Akisame to bring it down near Planet New Tokyo. I took some damage on my bomber, and Jaaku-na was shot down during the combat, the pilot recovered whit some injuries but alive.
The previous Outcast escaped our network during the conflict.

On the 31st, we were deployed on Shikoku and Kyushu. Tokkeitai Agent Kyohime detected an BMM Hegemon (Markus_Obama) traveling trough the jumpholes connecting Kyushu and New Tokyo, and we intercepted it near that location. Seems he was carrying a cloak, and tried to engage it despite orders not to.
A few moments on, a large manhunt was performed on a pilot William.Riker , identified by Agent Kyohime as a bretonian spy. We hold out in Shikoku for signs of him, coordinating with Nitto Kaii Taisuke.Bei and Nitto Kaii Mitsu.Toshi, but soon a more urgent situation appeared.
Several Blood dragon ships were reported in Honshu, and a large group was summoned in response. Working with Mitsu.Toshi-san, our two fighters scouted the system, while a group of bombers and destroyers assembled. Toshi-san spotted a Battleship with a single fighter escort near Osaka, and I was ordered to return to base to pick up my bomber.
While heading to the assist from New Tokyo, I received a communication from the battlegroup that a freelancer with bounty hunter iff was carrying black market munitions.
I found the Rheinland Transport Wapcaplet approaching Planet New Tokyo with almost 3000 units of black market munitions, and ordered him to surrender the cargo and pay a fine.
The pilot was very obedient, and in the end payed only 750.000 credits for the fine.
By that time, most of the confrontation was concluded and my services there were not required.

A few moment later, a request from an Universal pilot in Kepler for escort was received. Apparently Hogosha vessels had been harassing Liberty shipments for an hour. I've met the Transport in the Kepler system, were it was being guarded by a Liberty Navy vessel piloted by a 4-56|LN-A.Henderson-B
The captain of the Universal|Chimaera was transporting Neon to Planet Tomioka and I made sure is voyage was safe from more unwanted interventions.
During the voyage we exchanged views and information regarding recent events around Sirius. The Libertonian was convinced that a "closed border" policy that the Hogosha were promoting before would have a crippling effect on our economy, but I wondered if the effects on Liberty wouldn't be bigger.
He returned to Liberty with a shipment of Furs, and I headed to the Myoko for the conclusion of my patrol.

My patrol started with assisting Taisuke.Bei with a BMM trader when I spotted a Freelancer with Plutonium and heading to shikoku system.He refused to halt and started to run.Bei-san assisted me in the chase but we soon lost him near Kepler Gate.
Myself and Bei-san was soon ordered to regroup at Deshima Station with Santo Kaisa Katsuo Shimoe.He then took command of our patrol and I was ordered to Guard Kepler gate to keep a Pilot William.Riker from leaving.We soon received new orders.So Sk- Katsuo Shimoe and I started a patrol to Honshu.In Honshu we split up to cover more ground.I stood Guard at the New Tokyo/Honshu Gate.After a long while of no activity Sk- Katsuo Shimoe ordered me to do a patrol to Akita Border Station,a smart move by him indeed.On my I found a BS and a fighter escort.While waiting for reinforcements my ship was destroyed.If it was not for our CO I would be dead for sure.I was then tractored in by our CO and dropped off on New Tokyo.

My paper work seems to have piled on.Well I better get started on it then.My Report consist of multiple patrols.

My patrol started out in New Tokyo when Bei-san Contacted me over the long range comms informing me that a known smuggler was in New Tokyo system.At that time I was on my way to Shinagawa Station When my scanners picked him up.The ship named Gnur With Cryer papers was on its way to Honshu Jump gate.I followed him to the gate and requested him to Stop,As most of them do he opened Fire on me almost taking out my shield as he was jumping to Honshu.When I reached Honshu he was waiting for me and started attacking me once again even as I repeated for him to hold his fire.I requested Bei-san to come and support me as this was a stubborn Pilot indeed.We destroyed him after multiple times that we requested him to halt his fire.
Further On patrol I found a BMM ship "EpicMoneyMaker",He was transporting Helium-3 through Kepler.I requested he drop his cargo and that I would escort him out of Kusari space.He seems to have picked up some Engine problems as he docked at the closest station .

As I was Patrolling back to New Tokyo from Shikoku I found a smuggler ship named Copoka coming from New Tokyo.I requested him to Stop while I did a scan I found he was hauling H-fuel to Liberty.He then started to run,chasing him I hit him with a disruptor and Once again requested him to stop.He opened fire on me and then tried to run once again.I hit him with a disruptor and Gave him a last warning,He failed to listen and attacked me again.This time he had his chance but failed to see it as such.I took his ship out and transported the H-fuel to the closest station.
Well this day was indeed very quiet...Just normal Miners and traders running through Kusari.On my patrol in Shikoku on my way to New Tokyo I stopped to refuel on Planet Junyo.As I came into space a [IND] Ship named Hostile.Takeover came past me getting on the tradelane.I jumped after him,boy it must have been such luck to find that the lane was still disrupted by a previous battle as it seemed.The [IND] ship then dropped his cargo and denied any knowledge of this Counterfeit Software.Well Since I did not have any proof of it in his Hold I had no choice but to let him go.He did though report a Gains Gunboat with LPI papers in New Tokyo but we failed to find such ship.
This indeed a busy day as Honshu was buzzing with traffic with traders coming and going.The one trader to my surprise was a LPI ship with LN ID.I hailed him to stop but he ran and boy he could really move that ship.Chasing him from Osaka Storage Facility he unfortunately made it out of Kusari.But I did record him as proof to HC.I then headed of to go file this evidence as it might be needed someday.
I'd like to take a moment of my valuable time to report the yesterdays Liberty presence in our country. With our good orientation and instructions from the superior officers we managed to stop them at Planet New Tokyo.Their rudeness and disrespect toward our laws and land reached the maximum. They should be thankful they were allowed out of Kusari alive instead they mocked us. The higher rank Liberty Officer made a statement they're on a peaceful mission to bring supplies to the "oppressed people" of Kusari, bah no such thing! Hope the government reacts to this, no Liberty agent is good!
