This instrument, designed by Shankar and built by noted guitar maker Ken Parker, covers the entire orchestral range, including double bass, cello, viola and violin. This is good, though I can't imagine it ever being played at a club unless the DJ is trying to get everyone to cry into their drinks. Just think of all the smeared eyeliner. Anyway this reminded me of some other depressing "club" music, I guess you could call it
