Encountered one Teknikal-[GS] and one ~HM~En`Rath~[H} at Planet Houston in the Texas system. Both were flying gunboats of some sort. They engaged me on sight. My craft was shortly disabled by them and tractored to safety by Liberty BS on station.
The spread of pirates using gunboats with cruiser support to fend of Liberty forces is growing and of great concern.

I must say it is of slight concern that the LSF are spending their budget on negotiating with Junkers, though. Next time, offer them the carrot and the stick; get my drift?

I was your wing leader once, Christopher. I saw you grow and mature into what you are now, from an impetuous youth to a man willing and able to take the fight to the enemy.
Against ridiculous odds, you persevered. Dragons, Hackers, Rogues, Unioners, Phantoms, the Coalition and more, all came to wreck our peaceful Liberty.
I am disappointed at your choice today, but I am glad you are still with us.
I know I have always made you look a fool. You know why I do. I don't harbour feelings of ill towards you, but equally I respect you as a person. It may be that I cannot stop treating a person I saw join the liberty navy as a fresh officer, rise to the top and shine.

years back i remember how we all used to fly together; you, me, thor, and oso. then it was me, you, thor, and harrison. now... oh well, guess none of the original SA officers around anymore. but dont worry, we wont tarnish the reputation of the organization you so zealously took care of.

Men and women of valour, today I truly take charge of this noble force.
It is my deepest hope that you will come to respect me as you have come
to respect Admiral Phelps, he was a good and noble man who fought and
won many victories for Liberty. I hope to do the same with your aid. Before
his reitrement he expressed to me his admiraation and respecet for each and
everyone one of you. He trusted his life to you, and now so will I. I will begin
by saying that roll call and training for be first priority on my agenda so that
I can see where each man and woman stands and offer suggestions and help
where I can.
Second priority will be to initiate the reglulation and study of nomad specimens
traveling through Liberty. Too long has this issue been left undealt with, we must
now make it clear the hazzard that these entities represent and take measures to
protect our citizens. I will be discussing with both LSF leaders and presidential staff
the possibility of retrofitting Williard station for the containment and study of nomad
brains with the help of the CRI.

-Tonight, following the Nomad raid on Newcastle, they were pursued into Liberty Space. They travelled through Liberty Space before we could engage them due to the fact we had multiple hostiles in California and Texas to deal with. A notable pilot is AlexBG who engaged the Nomads in his LSF Battlecruiser and died during the fight.
-We had a Xeno in California named Preacher who, after entering the system and being told the leave, disobeyed our orders and we were forced to engage him. Niezck, Gothiclord and SkyShark engaged and destroyed him, accompanied by some Liberty Rogues.
-Later on that same day, we encountered a Liberty Rogue in Texas, outside Houston. I immediatly opened fire and was later corrected by SkyShark as i should have warned him first. Off the record i would like to apologise for that as i had other things on my mind - namely the Nomads being pursued by Colonial forces in Liberty. After then warning him he refused and tossed me a lot of political crap. After a bit of this we engaged him but later disengaged after around fifteen minutes of him acting up as a martyr. I made the decision to disengage and i am solely responsible for it. My reasoning behind it was that there were multiple people in Texas at the time and the Rogue was talking about him jettisoning his children in pods and asking us to protect them and how he was being persecuted. I weighed up the options and decided not to make him a Martyr for the Rogues and disengage.
