The best way is juts to try things out... play with the layering and transparency stuff. Download some brushes and start just messing about. Eventualy you'll find a way of working thats right for you... Everyone has their own way of creating an image. Thats the way I learnt to use it.

And Xing... wha puh puh puhhhhhhh.... me wanty.

Thanks alot I did tinker with it a bit and MADE MY FIRST SIG!!! but now am wondering how you convert it to a useable image instead of a .psd file I looked up some converters but they all suck..Wouldn't photo shop itself have some type of converter? Sorry for the noob questions I am just excited about making my own.
