Hence, we, Rheinland, can now have neutral reputation to all your stations, corporations and NPC's. We can also dock on all your stations too, and steal your ships.

No, just go for a few liberty caps.

Invade ingame with a rhinland armored transport and support units and steal a cap in response.

How about restricting Zoner capship ZOI to Edge worlds.

Realistically, the Zoners would not want their caps to be seen/analyzed by house militaries. The greatest strength of the Zoner cap fleet is that few (in RP) are supposed to know how big it actually is. If Liberty knew the Zoners had X many caps, they may consider taking Freeport 2 (Under the pretense that Zoners harbor terrorists) to serve as a staging base for the war.

However, as it stands in RP, the Liberty Navy doesn't have the resources to find out if the Zoners have hundreds of caps floating through Omicron space or only a few, considering their war situation.

As for the Jug in particular, according to rumors there was only supposed to be one. (Maybe)
SRP seems appropriate here.

The infocard needs re-writing. Having said that, it does not say there is only one Juggernaut.

If you restrict the Juggy they'll just get a new Ship. Such as a Sarissa or Liberty Dread or Legate and probably do worse Stuff. I thought and decided not to change the Juggy at all (except the Model).

I'll stick to what I have said: Fine them in Roleplay, let them pay a nice Amount of Credits if they enter House Space.
