The ID basically allows to... do everything. A bit much OP (but I see that you've stated that it's in a phase of development) but other than that, cool write up and I like the content of the initial post.

The ID looks good, it's way more restrictive than the Wild counterpart. Way below what Phantoms had also.

I think that you just can't compare the requested ID with K'Hara/Wild ID/Phantoms. Those groups have their unique way and they had more restrictions that you could think of. Especially, the owners of both IDs (K'Hara, Wild) are having their own, "faction oorp rules" that are excluding some of the lines depending on the situation (those lines are most of the time excluded, so they have even less than what is requested here).

What kind of restrictions? Having to RP before engaging everyone, everywhere they see fit? What an inconvenience.
At least Auxesia can attack the Nomads and their infected dolls the same way the Nomads engage everyone. Which, by the way, is what should be on every Human ID. The ability to engage Nomad/Wild IDs on sight. Y'know, Humanity's enemy and menace.
