Discovery 4.87 "Technerf" Suggestions

This "Technerf" suggested change is for the Unione Corse. Not much has been altered, and what has been was already there. We were tempted to ask for some other tech, but with the no being placed on most Sirius/Gallia transfers, we're outta luck. Should anyone listed as Allied or Friendly on our Faction Status wish to have their tech included, feel free to PM me here on the forums or on Skype.

Current 4.86 Tech (for reference)

• 100% Receive From: Unione Corse, Gallic Civilian, Generic Tech.
• 90% Mutual: Gallic Brigands, Council, Maquis. Give To: Gallic Royal Police.
• 75% Mutual: Hogosha/FA. Give To: Gallic Junkers, FL/Pirate/Recruit ID. Receive From: Kusari Civilian, Sirius Civilian.
• 10% Mutual: Everybody else.

Proposed 4.87 Tech

• 100% Receive From: Unione Corse, Gallic Civilian, Gallic Brigands (Courier, l'Ane), Generic Tech.
• 90% Mutual: Gallic Brigands (All the rest), Maquis.

Details:
I: №4 tech is the BAF's missing 3rd 90% nerf cell. During .86 the old leaders decided that the faction does not need a 3rd 90% cell so they kept it for future possibility. Now the time has come to use it. The council have done quite a lot of RP with Bretonia and more is about to come in .87. Because of that we require this update in our reputation with them. Thats going to represent the current and future status of our relations as well as the fact we now have an Alliance with them.
II: №5 tech is the CRs red cell with the BAF. That is outdate reason being during .86 CR were not allies to Bretonia. Now because of the war with Gallia, the Colonial Republic have approached the Goverment of House Bretonia with the requests to change their affiliations to friendly, with a future alliance. Because of that we request 0% nerf (red cell) to be changed to 75% nerf with CR due to our current and future RP with them.

100%: Lane Hacker unchanged

90%: Civilian unchanged

75%: Liberty Rogues unchanged
75%: Mollys unchanged
75%: Junkers unchanged

Alternatively we propose following modification:

90%: Liberty Rogues (ships) new
75%: Liberty Rogues (weapons) unchanged
75%: Golden Chrysantemums new


Technology sharing with the Liberty Rogues

Both lorewise and ingame The Liberty Rogues are the closest allies of the Lane Hackers. However, we completely understand that Sammaels were meant to be an incentive for players to become Rogues and to use their own shipline, not to mention these weapons are considered to be overpowered on more agile ships. However, we believe that increased technerf for Rogue weapons paired with minimal technerf for Rogue ships will break neither this incentive nor the achieved balance.


Technology sharing with the Golden Chrysantemums

"Originally the Leiden Hackers focused on straight out piracy, using their knowledge of the Trade Lane systems to hack information on the most tempting of targets, carrying off what they could loot and destroying the rest. After meeting with representatives of the Golden Chrysanthemums to negotiate smuggling arrangements, cardamine has since started flowing southwards from Kusari, with the shipments exchanging hands on Leiden Base."

Having all their main bases outside of Liberty, The Lane Hackers always maintained a strong foothold both in Bretonia (Manchester and Leeds) and Kusari (Shikoku). Sharing their addiction to cardamine and rebel attitude, the Golden Chrysantemums were the most natural ally within Kusari. For these reasons, the Lane Hackers were always keeping warm relations with Chrysantemums' leaders such as Okasan Amaya Tanaka or Okasan Keiko Matsumado.

Speaking on behalf of RFP| here. We only have one request for RFP ID, if that is possible:


Set up Rheinland Civilian from 90% to 100%,

I find it rather strange that house law enforcers should have a small nerf on civilian tech of their representative houre and I am surprised I haven't seen any other law enforcer factions not asking for such, too.

If this is not possible, and we would have to change one of our technerfs for it, then let the current technerf for RFP ID stay as it is right now.

We would like, if HF tech is not dealt with as Phantom tech was, to have 90% core on the Prosecutor provided weapons aside from Widows are used (per the planned .87 ship-based technerf) as deemed acceptable IE: Suntigers, Purple Goddesses, Heavy Flashpoints, and the new Liberty Civilian guns that are due in .87.

Additionally, 75% on corsair tech is a possibility although if anything this would be with their freighter and their yet to be added transport. I still have yet to receive a word on whether this is a no go or not, however I will link the relevant RP we have done with the Benitez Familia. The Xeno Alliance involvement in the artifact trade has been approved by the Council of Elders.

This means also no changes for OC/LH on our tech.


The Sammel/Belial was made op to compensate the Rogues' large/slow ships. And we want it to stay like this. This might serve as small roleplay explanation/support for no faction getting green cell on their weaponry.


Just one thing I'm not sure if it'll be possible to have: give Pirate ID red cell on Rogue weaponry (and ships?) please.
(Already requested the Pirate ID to be rephacked to no-dock (-0.55) on Rogue bases already a year ago.)
