Everytime ive seen any of his chars, hes been camping in NY or in a system where no one is. (exept for once i seen him in Delta in his train... But an avenger cant do much dmg :P)

We thought we'd got him earlier and it turned out to be someone else... Er.. again, we're really sorry about that. Luckily we found out BEFORE we tried killing him, good evasion of our little group BTW, so we're still looking for him.

I'm leaving the PLH alone, they are good fighters and tried to do the best they could with the money they had, so I'm gonna let them get their ships set up before I go ahunting.

Well maybe we can taike away the no pvp in NY if people have bounties oon their head. Official ones at least. Copies of which given to admins or in a thread... Since it won't be fair for a bounty to be hiding out so noone can kill him...
