This is something that must not be allowed to pass unpunished. They will be on my personal KOS list, together with Assassin!

Ladies and gentlemen, Admins, and God (Igiss), I would like to make a move for this major and unexcuseable violation of one of our most basic rules.

I move that Both LNS characters, and any other characters these two posess, be given starflyers with no money, no weapons, hostile rep to everyone, and place them Omicron Delta.

This is the most blatent violation of our rules, ever. I feel it should be dealt with as such, to serve as an example for others who may decide that they can do whatever the hell they want.

I'm >< close to putting a 3 day ban on EVERYONE involved. However cause the screen caps posted don't come up here (I have FireFox.. IE is specifically set to my college work) i can't see for sure.

LNS have been warned about this. I'm EXTREMELY pissed off this week guys, so don't try anything new

There is no excuse about this. The rule is writen everywhere. There is a banner on the server which talks about the rules.
Ths is not forgettable. 3day ban at least for the agressors.
Ive seen the pics ans that was no accident. That was deliverate.

Yeah, not likely is someone going to take down a fighter's hull that far on "accidental" fire. It would have to be aimed specifically at the fighter and fired a few times to reduce it so much.

Okay here's my version of the story, don't care about who believes me or not, that how I seen the event.

Victory and Nantuko were in NewYork, waiting for any Phantoms. Nantuko came in NY and Victory started fire on him (that wasn't a PvP cause we're friend and I didn't want to kill him). Then he activated Thruster to go close of Silvara and started fire at him. I tell him "Non tu as pas le droit" = "No it's forbidden" he asked why and I answered it was the rules. Silvara thought we were going to shot him down so he told "I'm getting the admin" or somthin like that. Then he came back and I tried 1 shot of Inferno Canon on his shield dut I WASN'T GOING TO TAKE DOWN HIS HULL. Then he started taking screenshots and Major_Hoshi started insulting us so we thought "Now we're in bad position, let's have fun" and the carnage started.

That's it.

No UNDER level 29 were killed.
