Lyth game mechanics isn't ideal, faction activity varies, and in that situation mod lore introduces element of order on the server.
While Liberty never intended to assault Rheinland for real, RM already is stronger than it should be, during the Nomad War vast majority of Military was destroyed, including all but one old immovable battleship. Disco lore about Rheinland is meh in that part, it's possible to construct few battleships in less than 2 decades, but being second strongest navy after LN is just meh.
HI guys,i would like some answers to my questions.
I saw many times LNS raiding Hamburg, even New Berlin, and fighting the Military.
What is the status between them and the war?
Also, can military indies raid in the liberty's ?
Since Gallia VS Everyone war is too boring some guys decided to begin the open conflict again
Good old times are coming back !
Plain and simple, lets re-candle the war in Rheinland, is getting really boring in Leeds when you get ganked by 4 or 5 caps when you are in a fighter. If cap spam it is what is, then at least RNC can match the Libertonians.

I've only recently got into the Leeds fights (Yesterday was my first in 4.87) and it was infinitely more interesting than any of my past 4.86 battles for one main reason.
I didn't have a CLUE as to where I was, where I was going and where the enemy would come from.
Texas and Hamburg now are so god damned routine it feels like I'm there as a requirement rather than to actually have fun, thats why I stopped going. Its been so long since I've been in Bretonia, and Leeds has changed quite a lot since my last visit, that it was actually interesting.

I remember folks complaining of ganks going on between RNC and LNS back in the day, too. And ganks between BAF and GRN have been an ongoing thing even as recently as 4.86. So, this isn't just a Gallic-Liberty problem. It's server-wide.
Ganks will never cease unless people get over the idea that they need to overwhelm the opposition in order to get glorious blue-messages, and instead opt to make their ship selection more tactical, challenging, and fun to enter a fight. Example:
You look in Magellan and see about 14 ships engaged there, roughly divided as follows-
1 Liberty Carrier
2 Dunkirks
3 Challenger Bombers
1 Liberty VHF
On the other side-
4 Valors
1 Gallic cruiser
1 Gallic Bomber
1 Gallic VHF
Roughly...even, I would say. So, let's say that you and 2 other people with you want to join in the furball fun. So, what do you do? Keep in mind, however, how you join may directly impact the entire fight one way or the other, especially if all 3 of you join the same side.
Let's say you want to join the Lib-Bret force...because, you know, everybody hates Gallia...
It would be seem unfair/unfun/unsportsmanlike to all folks in the fight if all 3 of you just log big Caps or all Bombers, because that just blows the odds right out of proportion.
IMO, a more sportsmanlike selection would be, perhaps, 1 takes a GB, and the other 2 take either HF or LFs (or maybe 1 of you in a Repair ship?). It would still be rough for the opposition, in that you hold a numerical advantage over the Gauls, but you're not bringing OVERWHELMING superiority to the engagement (and thus....keeping it sporty, challenging, and FUN for both sides). Even better might be if 1 or 2 of you logs with the Gauls, while the other logs with the BAF/LNS fleet.
Now, before you make the "But, this is WAR....it is perfectly within sound war tactics to bring overwhelming force upon an enemy's weakness yadda yadda blah blah..." Just stop it. This is also a game, and folks want to have fun. This isn't the time to just feel good about yourself and pretend that just because you can get an easy blue message your manhood is suddenly gonna grow bigger and girls will love you more (or guys..if that's your thing).
By all means make/re-use some Rheinland ships to bring some people to that side of Liberty. It'd be nice to have some room to breathe on the anti-GRN side for a change
EDIT: And Laddie, as I said above sometimes you just need to accept that you are too late to join the battle without imbalancing it. "First come first serve"?

Liberty cant afford to have a war on 2 fronts. Plain and simple.

Whilst true, that's not at all fun. I would rather try to be inclusive to everyone who wants to join in on the fun (because big group fights ARE A LOT OF FUN....until the server lags out, anyways). It's simply a matter of folks who want to join in showing a bit of sportsmanship and common sense, and not try to make the battle OVERLY lop-sided.
Sure...it could be easy to just jump into a running battle with an extra Bomber/Capship and blow the enemy straight to eternity. But, ...much more interesting if you come in an HF/LF or something that, while giving you a numerical advantage, might not translate into overwhelming force in the fight. Thus...everyone gets to participate, no one has to feel like they missed out, and nobody is gonna have solid reason to run and cry, "waaaa...you ganked us!"

Why not? The Rheinland "front" is much less so since the JGs are destroyed, and the Rheinland fleet isn't strong enough to make a direct push anyways, especially since they should be focused on cleaning things up back home with the Hessians.
Liberty, on the other hand, still has a booming economy, and a strong Navy. In this instance, it's simply not beneficial to them to continue fighting Rheinland, especially with the GRN so close and Bretonia needing all that help.
So, I wouldn't say that Liberty couldn't afford a war on 2 fronts...it's just not directly beneficial for them at this point.
