I thought you were over blaming the faction for that happening? You still - or rather "again" - make it sound like it is our fault that other mining factions don't get much buffs. I made several suggestions (e.g. http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=106381 ) for small buffs for those factions, but heh...

That would automatically buff stuff if done right. And it'd change ever so often. And it'd not just be ore.

Player Bases. Whatever you can think of to make them look bad, the one thing they do well is act as a time / money sink, and they're allegedly coming back soon(ish).

I'm not blaming faction but the fact it buffed already overbuffed faction for few months is undeniable.
It's good idea but relying on only one person to do that may lead to very poor execution like the last time, and that's where my concerns about it lie.
