I suggested somewhere to make that:

Discovery Freelancer is a role-playing server. All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. Shouting "Engaging" or "Halt" is not sufficient.

in other languages eg. Russian.

Edit: A short survey shows that most Latvians know russian. Bratishka))).

Ex soviet country with up to 36% of the population being russian speaking, while more than half knowing both languages.

Nothing outstanding and I still can't type in nothing but rus chatspeek ))

Except that a good grasp of English is pretty much necessary in order to play on this server. If they don't understand that basic engagement rule in English, I don't think they'll be able to actually adhere to it anyways.

Dunno, as long as they know and follow the rules, there is no reason they should not play on the server. Non-english non-RP players, that is.

Let them drop simple engagement notices during group fights or sneak around Conn. Nothing's about that.

Copying House of Romanov from Evolutions 1.28, editing it slightly and replacing Gallia with it will solve all potential problems.
Or at least keep them in certain part of Siriussss.

And no immersion will be killed.

I don't mean to allow other languages for RP. Only to inform them that this is RP server and they have to read and understand rules and respect RP to be allowed to play here and not get banned. Only most important rules which they can understand.
They probably don't know about what is required here.
