Incorrect. The faction of the weapons is extremely important. If you were a corsair, and mounted Outcast weaponry on your ship, then the admins would sanction you. It's very simple. I would suggest just using the weapons of the faction you are playing as for now.

He might have. But if he's got an OORP combination and he plays on Discovery server, the Admins will mop him up soon enough. No need for us to deal with it.

Well then, I'd have to say Kraken Mk IIs. They've got a 700 projectile speed, and easily one of the highest damage per seconds of any class 9 in the game, higher even than the SOLARIS codename.
