I was trying to point out that if and only IF this ever happens than the officials get the rights to bring indies with them to anywhere. So it's their decision to take the risk or not. But i'm not saying that only sanction the officials...rather like indies get even harder punishment because they were trusted by others and officials get something too because it was their responsibility to controll the others but nothing too big. Removing some cash or things like that, but if an indie goes mad 'coz it's fun it can end up loosing his ship or things like that, but that's up to the admin team i think.
