As long as its not a major "gold mine" that ends up cannibalising other system activity, I think I will be ok with that. Obviously Sedona sell point would have to be removed to support that change and mine field reworked. Possibly an average size and average yield with a POB at a sizeable distance.
Hell, I would probably do the same in the Omicrons just to get some Phoenix activity or increase traffic around the region if it wasn't so problematic getting simple changes implemented.

Unfortunately, info card does not really mean anything when it comes to evidence. It was funny how the devs changed all the station text in O-74 when they tried to change Zoner caps into transports. It effectively wrecked the system lore overnight that had been in place for years.

Got nothing to comment on implementing alien organism mining field (that's more of economy-related subject), but I guess there'll be modification to Sedona infocard as I have no idea what the heck are 'scrubbies' and why the heck they are 'proto-nomad' and why is that stuff there in the first place, so that's probably gonna get cut.

Scrubbies are the nickname for Alien Organisms given to them by Sirians Tree. Big Grin

Scrubbies is how we call Alien Organisms in Baffin, as Tabris pointed out. Hence our equivalent to GMG's gas miners out there in the fields are called Scrubby Farms. They are like your good ole Sea Monkeys, but they live in space, and instead of being utterly useless they have a wide variety of uses, the most important involving terraforming. Actually, the factions that can now or will be able in the future to mine these alien organisms, are after them for different reasons. Planetform for example wants them for their terraforming endeavours.

Scrubbies are something which should have greater implementation.

In an RP sense, yes. I know in small doses I've referenced their use in the past with research and the like. For now though, they sell as a any other trade commodity in various places.

Are you absolutely sure that all the fields are disabled? The current config files have them at a x0.75 drop rate modifier, so you should still get something, just at a reduced rate.

There was a sig here, once.
