Need I go on? Liberty is the cesspool of Sirius. I only go there when I have to pick up or drop off cargo, or do anti-xeno missions for junker rep. Other than that it's in and out, and I never stick around to get caught up in the BS that goes on 24/7 in new york.

It isnt quite as bad in texas/colorado/california, but still much worse than any other place in sirius... with maybe the exception of sigma 13.

Angels are needed to help new players in NY. (I have not seen one in ages.)

More restrictions by Player factions in Liberty are not needed.

Admin presence in NY, warning people to cut the OoRP works wonders as well.
