You are browser hijacked, it places ads everywhere even on your usually ad-free google.com
Revenue goes to the browser hijacker, not discoverygc.com or wherever the ad is placed
Burning firefox won't work, it'll also hijack internet explorer and google chrome and maybe even the opera browser you just mentioned

That's not related to Tapatalk when it's putting ads into your normal web browser. I'd suggest following the same steps as were outlined by zslayern in this post as soon as possible, as whatever's injecting ads into your web browser could be doing far worse things than just that.

The ads has no signature, well. It's not because of Tapatalk otherwise a lot more ppl would complain I guess. I would say that I take a look via Teamviewer but that language... I can't even read it though, sorry pal
You should check the %appdata%\Roaming and Local folder. Clear the Temp folder in Local and see if there is any suspicious folder name. Applications, like ADs are hidden in there and not listed in installed programs, at least I got a lot of them once. Just check for suspicious folder names, remove if necessary run CCleaner and see if the banner are still around
I'm sure Moveit added Tapatalk as an Addon and a single addon is not causing this except it would have opened a hole for malware that is placing Ads on different sites, but then again why are there only few people that got this. I had a mean malware some days ago, I was wondering where it came from as I'm not browsing anywhere else then disco or Youtube and Hardlight... Well.
If you would please do the following ;
Code:
- Open up search bar type in : msconfig
- Execute it
- Go to the tab "Systemstart" might named different, it's the 4th from left
- Check for Suspicious startup programs
- Deactivate if necessary
If the AD is still there ;
Code:
- Perform a CleanBoot only with Internet Connection ( http://helpdeskgeek.com/windows-7/perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-7/ )
- Check if the ADs is still there
- If it's not anymore there, you have a malware ofc
