Right click the shortcut that should be located on your desktop and change the target to:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\EXE\Freelancer.exe" -s207.192.239.85:2302

Including the quotes. If you have it saved somewhere other than default up to \Freelancer\EXE\Freelancer.exe might be different.

Press OK, then double click the shortcut and the Disco server should show up as a LAN server.
