For RP purposes alone it should count as such. Unless your in a starflea w/o the propper ID you should be KOS there if the people patroling it so choose, even if your in a rhino and theyre in a battleship (tho the cap ship should ATTEMPT to stop the rhino in such a situation.....)

I agree with that as well, having " Cruiser cant attack trader" is a bad Idea. Not only in Z21... SO does that simply mean that trader can provoke pirate cruise, and if he shoots, its aginst rules?

if:

1. break state rule (must be posted on forum)
2. attack you (self defense)
3. OORP punishment:)... haha dont try repeatly loling in front of me:D

example situations where is only cruiser in system and nothing smaller:


trader is carying artefacts at the orbit of Malta... what to do with him?

trader is carying cardamin at the orbit of Manhatan... what to do with him?

trader just puking in front of Z21 JG in NY and want to enter... what to do with him - Z21 is secret. Try to go with your trucky into one of those secret military bases in Nevada;)

Shouldn't that be in green text to make it official?

And I'm wondering why Terrorists/Phantoms can space traders with cruisers/battleships, just because they're a terrorist or Phantom and that's what they do, when absolutely no one else can for any reason, no matter how in-RP it might be? Discounting Z21 and Guard systems, of course.

Well thats one step in a good direction now at least:D.

A suggestion: If the lawful cruiser is the only lawful present, then it can engage after a warning.

Example: A LN is parked in a cruiser @ manhat, and is alone. A smuggler comes with a hold of cardi. The cruiser can then engage it if it refuses to stop or keeps moving to dock.

If bombers are present (or fighters that can actualy hurt the trader in question) then the cruiser should let them deal with it, or at most stick to few warning shots into the sheilds.
