I think its visible that im aginst people who cat speak english on server. Bad experiences I guess.

This is not server where you can stay without english, nor server where you can play to learn.

The server is already identified as being an English language server, quite blatantly too. But it has already been stated by the admins on multiple occasions that measures like these wont be used.

So short of bumping this thread endlessly I'm not sure how you plan keeping this evident. A small question though, if the target audience can't speak English how will they be able to read the title and know to read this?

May I also suggest a further "all interactions on this server must be in English" to be added to the message.
If your suggestion becomes a stick on the help section, it can easily be made to describe that the common & only language on this server is English which is essential to support the RP nature of this server (repeat in all languages)....
