It's me Mark Hamann mien frau, and i am here to inform you that the BDM closed almost every door and we don't think that we will be able to have any license from them. You could have continued with us the negotiation instead of sending me to the BDM and without any negotiation, i ve been informed that civilians cannot have license for cloaking factories in rhienland which is not in the law of rhienland and you know that i had a factory before on another installation in rhienland and it was licensed by your office... i never broke the law before using it or without using it .... I am so disappointed from that .. i feel that i am being treated just like any random non rhienlander civilian who have no credits at all regarding reputation and respect to the law. I decided to destroy this plans and i am not going to build this cloak factory. Danke for you and have a good time.
