nah these are npc battleships they have 2 prims so 36

Yes, that's exactly what the TL;DR is.

And thinking about it, yes, I do agree I might've went overboard with the speed.

I've updated the speeds to a more manageable calculation: 600-800 m/s for both heavies and primaries, while secondaries will have a factor of 2.5x that amount, so secondaries speed will be between 1500-2000 m/s.
