What about your Router?
What's brand, speed, is it wireless, does it have it's own firwall in it's firmware?
Are you in fact trying to get your local network to connect to WAN and the Disco Server or are you trying to run a multiplayer Freelancer game on LAN in your home without internet?

I will check the router's type...
I just thought it might be encrypted by the router, is that possible?

Could be that you've got both IPX/SPX and TCP/IP protocol bound on your connection / card. IPX addresses are in hexadecimal format

More info about that old protocol

Un-tick Microsoft TCP/IP version 6 in your network adapter settings.
