Hola, Senor Dalgaard
I'll ensure that Senor Locklear is placed on a transport to the Commonwealth as soon as I can, as well as an acceptable 'skeleton crew' to captain the Abaddon out of Vespucci. The destroyer Navarra will be in the area as a quick response in the event of threat, but as the route to Vespucci from Maltese space is either Crayterian owned or a desolate wasteland, I have my doubts as to the real danger here.
I'll also notify the Logistics Corps about the Ravager's repair. With time, eventually I'm sure she will serve in a bigger capacity.
As for your request, Senor Dalgaard, I'll inform my men that any request from the Legion to assist the defense of Vespucci is to be heeded and followed.

Maria Cortez

Hola.
With Senor Locklear's return, it was my hope we could see that rest of our agreement come to fruition. As you stated before, the Ravager is in 'sub-par' condition, and thus will need a refit before the Republic can make use of her, or even pull her out of Vespucci. As the dreadnought is under the command of the Legion, I'd expect you would know what it is the ship is missing or is in need of. If we could get even a rough estimate, I can relay it to Senorita La Huerta and have the supplies be brought in to help bring the warship back to full functionality.
As a side note, I'd also like to know how else the Republic can assist the Commonwealth as a whole. A good portion of the cabinet was pleased with the outcome of our operation to return Locklear, and a were wondering how else the Republic could try and strengthen this new relationship.
I'll keep an eye on this channel for a response, and I'll also add Ms. La Huerta's ID once the manifest for the supplies comes in.
Despedita.

Colonel Cortez,
The propulsion system is dead. There's not much to say beyond that, along with a vast majority of the power distribution systems being completely out of whack. The actual physical engine unit is going to require a replacement, and the power distribution system, while potentially salvageable, I would still suggest that you entirely replace to avoid potentially fatal underperformance in the field, not to mention a vast array of maintenance work that needs to be done on virtually every system that the ship will need to function properly while in motion, which were neglected due to its current.. "beached" disposition.
As for what we might need, and if you'll forgive me for being forward. Allies against the Republic we're at war with would be a great step in the right direction. An ally to call on and bolster our capabilities of waging war on our former Home would go a long way in proving that we have bedrock worth building upon.

Hola, Senor Dalgaard
I'll ensure that Senorita La Huerta, as well as any engineering teams we can spare, are informed of what the dreadnought's requirements are, but as it stands right now, they can't do anything without numbers. If your teams could get me a list or something equivalent of what exactly she'd need the Logistics division to ship in, that would allow us the begin the process almost instantly and allow the Ravager to begin serving in a proper manner again. I'll also require a location for drop off, whether it's the Ravager herself or a proxy location. Ms. La Huerta can see about securing at least neutral identifiers with the Legion, so to my knowledge that shouldn't be a problem.
On the matter of aiding against Liberty, the Fleet Admiral has on numerous occasions attempted to reason with the Republic on the matter of hostilities. Seeing as every attempt to see it done has been shot down on their part, I personally have no objections to it, though he might. I'll leave it up to the Commander's discretion, but odds are that as long as it's done inside the Liberty border, he won't have an issue with it. His patience takes time to whittle down, but the Republic has had plenty of opportunities to do it.
If I can get that list of materials and a suitable drop off point, then Senorita La Huerta can get it underway. Assume that you can count on our support against Liberty, Commander.
Despedita.

Colonel Cortez,
For starters the hull panels aren't what they used to be, you'll likely need 3250 units of those to patch up the holes or 5000 to cover up the rest of the ship and ensure nobody gets spaced by accident. Which I'd imagine is honestly preferable. You could choose to go for Super Alloy instead to cut down on weight and get a higher quality frame worked on, but that's an additional over-head as it'll require a full retrofit of the space-frame in addition to the replacement of the hull-panels, the amounts will mirror the hull panel requirements.
As for propulsion.. well, you're going to need to replace the actual circuitry to begin with, so you'll definitely need at least a 2420 units of superconductors and an additional 2500 engine components, if you can coat the engine shafts with 1750 units of High Temperature Alloy, you won't have to deal with any heat issues from the full capacity.
I am by no means of the word or the profession an engineer, my knowledge is limited what I've learned out of self-interest and under advisement from several of our technicians and actual engineers, if you'd feel you need a second opinion on the materials and amounts I've suggested, then by all means, please do so.
I hope this helps and I sincerely apologize for the delay in forming this list for you, things have been rather ballistic as of late.

Hola, Senor Dalgaard
I'll notify logistics and have them start sending the supplies to fix up the Ravager. With hope, she'll be up to par in no time and be back to being more than a simple guard dog.
Logistics will track the progress of the supply delivery and inform the Legion once all items have been delivered.

Hola, Senor Dalgaard
I'm pleased to announce that the Fleet's logistics division has successfully delivered the required supplies to the Ravager. We're prepared to send engineering teams from Aragon to facilitate the repairs to the ship, and once finished will be awaiting the Legion's word on when to let the ship depart to a more dedicated repair facility.
With hope, it won't take long.
Our trust goes with you. Despedida.
