Former Fleet Admiral (C.R)
Crayterian Ally (Presumed)

Michael Richard Is a good example of what the Crayterian Military has to offer, an intelligent individul dedicated to duty although certainly a man with a past. Richard's history is tied with the history of the Crayterian Republic. The Service is unaware of his early life as he only came to the attention of the BIS after the Crayterians arrived in Coronado.
Given the losses suffered by the CR in the Tau's, Richard found himself made commodore not long after arriving in Coronado and soon after rose through the ranks to be named Fleet admiral. It is to be understood that with the recent outbreak of war in the Omega regions, Richard no longer commands the Crayterian fleets as Admiral, how exactly this came to pass is not yet known to the SIS and his current whereabouts are unkown to the Service.
Hostile actions against Her Majesties realm of Bretonia
Richard may possess knowledge of the Tau and borderworlds regions which, should he fall into enemy hands, would be disastrous for the war. He is not openly considered an enemy, although caution is strongly advised.

A Crayterian, pre-Exodus era. Nothing is known by SIS about his pre-Sirius life, nor parents. His records indicate he was part of 88th Battlegroup until 818. Coronado activities are unknown for a while. Been a member of Admirality since 822 and became Fleet Admiral at mid 825 which is when Richard disappeared, yellow hair with blue eyes, rather hotheaded and seemingly has his own agenda for Crayter. Has a sense of patriotism, although in a twisted manner. Recently broke of from main fleet and founded CRN and holds Olympia under his command. SIS ought to be skeptical of him due to suddenly turning on IMG.

Information regarding Yoshida is incomplete and patch work, at best. At worst, it could be a series of fabrications and lies created by the man himself. What we do know is that prior to the invasion of Megellan, Yoshida was personally responsible for a number of attacks against civil shipping and against the Merchant Navy convoy's that frequented the system. However, since the invasion, attacks against the latter have become extremely rare following the SIS agreement and there is no recorded evidence of Yoshida engaging Her Majesty's Forces. Ageira is reluctant to release his full records, given his position within the Lane Hackers this is not surprising. His criminal record proves that he is secretive, always has plenty of security to protect him and he is a daring and ruthless individual.
It is presumbed that Goro Yoshida is not his real name, but as mentioned, we are uncertain what his birth name actually is. As a Hacker, he has extensive knowledge of Gate and Lane systems that run throughout the houses and of Ageira's security protocols. How extensive remains to be seen, but suffice to say, he has never been caught on a job, which is especially impressive considering he lays claim to the biggest piracy in the history of Sirius in terms of cargo value stolen and with bringing down the IND

Yoshida is not considered an active threat to the Service or to Bretonia at large, while his past activies have not been forgotten, Yoshida is first and foremost a business man. He has not failed to honour a contract with the Service and has given little indication that he intends to do so. If encountered in the field, agents are advised to approch only if required and even then with great caution. The business that Yoshida deals in mainly is information, while the Service has never had a real need to procure his services, it should be noted that there is equally no reason to disregard what he knows. Information is valuable, and Yoshida will not hesitate to charge a great sum of credits for what he knows. Likewise, he will not hesitate to kill to gain more. Agents are expected to keep this in mind.

Admiral von Thielau has proven to be one of the Service's more unlikely allies in various operations within Rheinland. A member of the old nobility, von Thielau has repeatedly expressed a desire to return Rhineland to the Imperial state it once was and sees the Service as a means to achieving that goal. To that end he has often provided not just safe haven but valuable intelligence and diplomatic sanction when required making his work with the Service a state secret. Von Thielau does not actively partake in intelligence gathering or the recruitment of agents or assets, rather it is to be understood he identifies our ability to usurp the Rhineland Government as proof the Republic has failed. His loyalty is not to Bretonia, it is to Rhineland and to the newly crowned Emperor Albrecht. The Emperor likely is aware of his ongoing involvement with the Service but is content for now to leave this arrangement be. Agents are to be warned however, activity within Rhineland is to be avoided unless express permission is granted, furthermore while von Thielau is an ally, he will not hesitate to break relations if he perceives our existence or presence within Rhineland as a threat. The Admiral is both intelligent and politically connected, he remains a steadfast ally of the SIS in Rhineland provided that our relationship continues to be beneficial. Agents are forbidden to directly contact Admiral von Thielau unless prior permission is received from the Director.
